Can't find the filter tool on Lightroom, how to upgrade to Lightroom Classic?

Which version of Lightroom are you using? Where are you searching for the filter options? Do you mean presets? If yes, follow these steps: Open Lightroom and go to Lightroom>Preferences. In the menu that opens, highlight the Presets tab and then select the "Show All Other Lightroom Presets" button. Double-click on the "Lightroom" highlighted folder and open the "Filter Presets" folder.
