Hello,

My suggestion is this:

After making basic tone adjustments to an image in Lightroom Desktop (Local, not the cloud version) and then sending the image from there to Photoshop, I would love to see Lightroom re-import the image after I'm finished with my Photoshop edits.

What Version Number is your "Lightroom Desktop"?   (Lightroom-Desktop IS the "Cloud Version" running on a Mac or PC.)

If you are working in Lightroom-Desktop v7.3, AND you have selected the "Local" option, then Lr is showing your files exactly like a browser looking at files on the hard-drive. There would be no need to "re-import the image" unless you DO want them to be imported to the Cloud library.

In 'Local' mode- Saving the Ps file to the hard-drive will then show it in the file browser panel.

Regards. My System: Lightroom-Classic 13.4, Photoshop 25.11, ACR 16.4, Lightroom 7.4.1, Lr-iOS 9.0.1, Bridge 14.1.2, Windows-11.
