Getting note "AI settings need to be recomputed" but when I try to update it fails every time.

I keep getting the note "Some AI settings need to be recomputed" but when I try to update it fails every time, giving me the note "something went wrong". I can't use the Lens Blur feature, the Masking feature won't detect the subjects and gives me the "something went wrong" note, and most of my downloaded presets won't load on my photos. I can use the Lens Blur featue and Masking feature on my mobile device without this note and with no issues, but using my HP laptop with Windows 10, I keep having issues. I have uninstalled Lightroom and reinstalled it and nothing changed. Not sure what to do from here?

Wanted to add - Masking and Lens Blur features also work on "lightroom.adobe.com"

Hey, @Cassidy38415370grzx. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out.  Please share the system info from Lightroom Help > System info > Copy & paste into a text document > upload & attach here.

Is Sync paused on your device? Do the masks made on Lightroom Web sync correctly onto the device? Has this started to happen since a recent update to Lightroom, or Windows?

In general, this could be related to how the GPU behaves. Please head here to troubleshoot most GPU issue on Windows: https://adobe.ly/4cPW9OT

Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

Hi, @Sameer K ! I'm having the same problem. I attach my system info.

How can I know if Sync is paused? This has started when downloading and trying to use a new version of LR.

Thanx!

Hey, @mariela_7872. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. Thanks for attaching the System info.

Your machine has an integrated graphics adapter from AMD. Please check the manufacturers auto-detect app to apply any pending updates for the GPU.

If that does not help, please feel free to start a new conversation with the updates System info.

Thanks!
