Have subscribed to iPad Premium but Premium tools are greyed out [was: This sucks]

I just upgraded to the free trial for Lightroom IPad. They premium tools are grayed out. I have signed in and out of the app, restarted my iPad and still do not have access to premium tools as they remain grayed out. It shows that I am subscribed and I am using the same email as here to sign in. Please help this is very very frustrating !

I'm so annoyed by this. I upgraded and premium tools aren't available , I shouldn't have to spend so much time searching for a solution for something that should work, we are paying ..it's ridiculous! I cancelled the free trial for LR, too much of my valuable time spent trying to figure this out.

Sorry for the trouble.  I see a valid Lightroom subscription for iOS and Android devices, with a little data already uploaded.  From our side this seems to be working OK for you.  Please be sure you are signed in with the same email address you used to post to this forum.
