Hi all,
Yesterday I tried the Denoise function from lightroom CC and It created a new dng file (from a ARW Sony file). I went in lightroom mobile and I saw immediately that the quality of the photo was low even if in the details of the file It shows 45MB (from a 24MB image - Sony A6600). Then I tried to export the photo in JPEG - 100% from lightroom mobile but the finale image is very poor in quality.
How can i manage to Denoise photo from lightroom cc and then have It in High quality to export in lightroom mobile?
Thanks!

You can't change the fact that Lightroom Classic only syncs a smart preview. However, Lightroom desktop (which does store its images in the cloud) supports Denoise AI too.
Ah yeah that's what I suggested you check above ;-). As already said, Classic simply will not sync full sized raw files (https://community.adobe.com/t5/lightroom-classic-ideas/p-should-be-able-to-sync-full-raw-files-to-the-cloud-not-just-smart-previews/idi-p/12248616 ) . To work around this, do your denoise in the cloud version on your desktop computer or use it to upload the full sized dng if you already did it in Classic and only synced a smart preview. Lightroom will recognize it already has

You probably just need to wait for the denoised image to be completely uploaded to the cloud (check in the (i) button all the way at the bottom - it should say Original-DNG in the cloud entry and not something like smart preview or pending). Similarly on your device you need to see that the local copy is the Original-DNG file.

"Lightroom CC" is a name that has not been in use anymore for a number of years. Do you mean you used Lightroom Classic for creating the denoised DNG, or Lightroom (also known as Lightroom desktop or Lightroom cloud)? If Lightroom Classic, then what is uploaded to the cloud is a smart preview, not the original image.

Yeah, i meant lightroom Classic, the One with Denoise AI on desktop.
So:
- I've used Denoise AI and generated a new DNG File
- I did the Sync with Cloud (both app and desktop shows that everything Is in Sync) but on lightroom mobile i got the preview of the photo? How can i get the full photo of everything Is already in Sync?

Wait! Now in lightroom mobile if I choose the dng photo and i click on the icon to see the Cloud status (the White dot with check simbol near Share Button), I see that Is shows "Advanced preview" and not "Original - ARW" as the other photos! How can I solve the problem?

Lightroom will recognize it already has an entry for the file and place the full image where it needs to go (in general). It is very unfortunate that Adobe chose to cripple Classic's cloud sync but it is what it is and unlikely to ever change.

So, if I generate a new DNG from lightroom (Cloud) with Denoise AI i can work It with mobile and Classic? Why Adobe did this 😂 do you recommend using lightroom Classic for Daily use or lightroom Cloud?
Anyway, thank you both for the informations, they were very helpful!

Yes if you generate one in Lightroom Cloudy, it will also download it to your Clasic catalog and you can work with it in both locations. Changes will get synced from Classic to cloud and vice versa.
What to recommend really depends on your workflow. The cloud version as you might realize misses a lot of features (printing, smartcollections publish services, etc.) that you might depend on but for many people it is perfect as the only thing they use. I think it is easier if you never used classic to just start with just Cloudy as you don't know what you are missing.
