How to find all the images without certain tags

I am starting to use the new Lightroom (instead of the classic) and I can't figure out how to find all the images without certain tags.

For example, I would like to find all the images that do not have the tag abstract, architectture and look.

Can you do this?

Also, were are the smart albums gone?

Lightroom does not support smart albums. I don't think that it supports a 'negative search' either.
