I am trying to use Lightroom (instead Lightroom Classic) and I am very confused how this cloud service works.
First I tried to use Creative Cloud app for Windows 10 to upload files into the cloud. I entered "files" then "your files" and there is "no documents in the cloud" (I use Polish version, not sure about translations). So I tried to use plus icon to send some RAWs. But the result is that file type is not supported.
Then I found in the menu that there is sync folder C:\Users\Jacek\Creative Cloud Files, so I just copied my RAWs there. Then I clicked on the cloud icon and saw that files are syncing. 3.6GB is synced. But I can't see them anywhere! Not on my phone Lightroom and not on PC Lightroom.
So instead I used Lightroom, I clicked "add photos" and imported my 3.6GB files. Now files are visible both in Lightroom PC and on my phone Lightroom. Still Creative Cloud app says no documents. But, there is another problem. Now cloud uses 7.1GB storage, so files are uploaded twice.
I tried to remove my files from C:\Users\Jacek\Creative Cloud Files, hoping they will be "unsynced" but nothing changed, still 7.1GB is used. The problem is that I don't where where these files are in the cloud. How to display them to remove them. I can only see files I uploaded into Lightroom.
So how this cloud service really works? What's the way to display all shared files?

adobe's cloud service is confusing. ie, it's not just you.
there are several different parts to adobe's cloud service and the different parts are unrelated to each other and have almost no unifying principle (other than they have something to do with adobe's creative cloud).
the only part that's easy to understand (and works the way most people expect) is the cc sync folder. unfortunately, adobe's ending that service in the next several months.
here's basic info: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/about-cloud-documents.html
then for more info go here and check the beginner (if applicable) tutorials for cc useage and then advanced, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/tutorials-explore.html
and to see all your files, use a web browser to navigate to the following locations. at each location there are several folders/links to check.:

Thanks for the quick reply.
I understand this service is somehow broken then, there is some quota space to use but there is no easy way to see how it is used.
I tried to use your links:
https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents - this says there are no documents
https://lightroom.adobe.com/ - this shows photos I imported into LR
https://documentcloud.adobe.com - this shows some PDFs I probably read year ago
https://spark.adobe.com - this doesn't work (opens something else, no files)
still I don't know how to search where is 3.6GB of my cloud storage used

those 4 links (and their links and folders) should account for all your storage.

they are not, that's the reason for my post 🙂
is there any way to open support ticket for creative cloud so admin can check it? I understand this is community based forum only, not the official support

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

I ran into the same problem, thank you for your recommendation to contact help. Yes, I know file storage is going away soon. But if anyone else needs the direct link to find your synced files, I just got this from Adobe chat: https://assets.adobe.com/files

you're welcome.
p.s. i gave that link previously
p.p.s. only the local sync folder will stop syncing. nothing else is changing.
