I paid for 1 yr subscription last December 2021 and now when i try recommended presets its asking me to premium. it didn't do this before. what happened to my subscription?'
From what I can see, it seems your recent subscription is cancelled on our side. Does the subscription still appear valid in your iTunes account subscription details? I recommend you contact Adobe Support directly. Visit https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html, sign in, and then select the chat option.
