I lost my main horizontal menu

Cntrl Win does not help.

Moving the mouse to the top of the screen does not help

Please help

Probably a basic error but it still is painful

It appears F11 is the answer to my question - in case some other newbie has the same issue.

Adobe is a powerful program but not intuative and the Help is weak
