I’ve paid for Lightroom premium but premium features are not working.

I've paid for premium features and they're not working. It says that my subscription expired but it didn't and I can see it in my App Store purchases. I've tried logging out, restarting device, canceling the purchase and paying for it again but nothing works.

Is this a Lightroom Mobile Premium subscription you started on your device?  I see no subscription history for the account you used to post for help.

 

Please try Restore Purchase as described here: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/kb/lightroom-mobile-in-app-purchase-issue.html 

 

If that fails to help, and an error is shown, please describe the error message.

Yes it was Lightroom Mobile Premium subscription. I can see the yearly subscription on my App Store account and money were taken from my bank account. I've made the purchase on 10.11.2023.

I believe you, but when I checked our system earlier, there was no sign of the purchase in our system. That is why it is important for you to try Restore Purchase -- this will help pass the subscription details from the mobile App Store to our system.  Please do try the advice at https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/kb/lightroom-mobile-in-app-purchase-issue.html 

(in short: go into Lightroom iOS app settings, tap Restore Purchase in your user accountdetails)

The same thing is happening to me. I clicked restore purchase and it said there is no past purchase, but just like Sara the past (and currently active) purchase is showing under my settings in Apple as well.

If restore purchase fails to help, please take note of the error message it says, and contact Adobe Support at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
...and in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
