When I import an image into Lightroom Mobile, it seems to darken my image from original. neer used tobe this way, why now? The files are untouched, the first screenshot is from SD Storage, the second is a screenshot of the same photo after importing into LR, no editing done.

BTW, this is unacceptable, Gallery, as of late, has been out performing LR, thinking of a change, as changing the way my photos are shot, is not right.

You are witnessing Lightroom applying its default settings to the photos on import. This is easily controlled. In Lr, hit the 3 dots menu at the top, then choose App Settings > Import > Raw Default Settings, and change from "Adobe Default" to "Camera Default."

For me, I don't care about this, as I'm going to develop the photos MY way regardless. I don't want the camera's idea of how my photo should look, I want to have my own control. But, that's my opinion and workflow.

Thank you for the reply, however, my settings are as suggested.  I have a photo , in sepia tone,  that I like just as taken. Took it LR to export as a Jpeg, no editing required.  LR changed the appearance of my photo  on import, no longer sepia, more black & white, not what I wanted. Also, to accces these setting on LR Mobile, hit the three lines in the top left corner, hit preferences which then takes you to default import settings. Regardless, LR is changing my photos upon import with settings set to camera setting as default. Not good IMHO.

Also just read that, if my settings are set to take the camera settiings as default, and there are no matching settings in LR? the image will default to Adobe settings, How can this be?! I take a photo the way I like it, not looking for input from LR!

Please tell me that you are fixing this issue. My version of Lightroom for android is editing my photos before I get a chance, and, sometimes I like them the wat they are and only use LR to export as JPG. The two attached images are examples, dark is mine, real dark and lifeless is after importing to LR. If this is going to be the case in the future I will cancel my subscripiton. Please advise, Thank you , Dawn
