Keep exporting original and not finished photo in Lightroom CC

Hi, I am editing on an IPad Air 2 in Lightroom CC. The issue is that when I go on my phone (Galaxy S7 Edge) to export the photos there, it shows the edited photo from the iPad for 2 seconds then revert back to the original, unedited photo. When I try to export it from the phone in max resolution, I looked in my device’s gallery and it exported the original. Help, this issue is so annoying.

There's also another issue about my subscription and it's pretty much causing this issue. Thank you for the support Laura!

Are you using Lightroom CC (Lightroom Mobile) on that phone and export it from there? Your description is not completely clear on that. If you export from another app on the phone, then this is to be expected. Lightroom edits are not applied directly to the image, they are stored separately and applied when needed. So if you access an original by any other means than Lightroom, the edits will not show and will not be applied.

So I take pictures on my Galaxy S7 edge. After that, I transport it to Lightroom CC. To get a bigger view of everything and for easier edits, I use the iPad to edit those photos with the same app (Lightroom CC. Once finished, I go back to my Galaxy S7 Edge to export them to the phone, where all the edits have been made from the iPad. But the issue is that it shows the edited photo for a split second then switch back to the unedited photo. It's not saving the edit across the devices like it used to. Let me know if you need more clarification.

Lightroom language can be tricky - what do you mean when you say, "I go back to my  Galaxy S7 Edge to export them to the phone"?  Are you using the Share button in LR CC on your phone? Why are you trying to export?

Or are you simply saying that you open LR CC on your phone after editing on your iPad, and you see the image - it shows the iPad edits for a sec and then reverts to unedited?

Are you using the latest update to LR CC on your phone? Update in app store (Google Play Store on Android?)

Your second paragraph is the issue I am going through. I also checked if everything was updated and it's all good.

I'm afraid I'm stumped then. If you go into Edit view on your phone, is the editing still not there? What happens if you share the photo from LR CC on your phone (for example, email it to yourself) - does it have your editing?  After the editing disappears, if you open your iPad again is the editing still there or did it revert?

You're welcome!  This is bound to happen to others - can you share what the issue was?
