legally blind and use adobe creative cloud, right now mostly Lightroom and need to make icons bigger

i am legally blind (i can still see decently) and need to change the size of text and icons where you do things in all creative cloud apps mostly lightroom right now bt even when i make text size big it doesnt work at all and am tired of just usinga pples built in picture in picture zoom, hover text only works for some text in lightroom also
