Lightroom 2023 crashes on open

I have  LR 2023 installed and it crashes right after it is open. Installed on this computer and working fine is Light Room classic and Photoshop 2023. I looked into the support forum and deleted some temp files and LRC catalogs with no luck. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled LR. Any idea?

You might be using SDL or previously had it installed on these machines, essentially LR CC is a service and does not work with SDL.

Remove "operatingconfig" folder from the following location:

Windows: C:\ProgramData\Adobe

Once done relaunch LR CC and it should work.
