Lightroom CC (not classic) Subscription

It seems that the new CC requires another subscription aside from the "all apps" subscription? Is this just an error or something worse?

I have the same issue.  I have a cc for teams licence not an individual licence. This may be the issue

I have the all apps subscription and LR CC (new cloud version) is included. I have installed it on my MBP and pc.

That's strange. Try logging out and then back in again? It is included in a paid subscription.

That didn't work unfortunately... I'm happy to hear its just an error, though!

Wanted to bring this up again. Trial is expired now and I am unable to use the new version.

Looks like the office has us set up on a "for teams" license. Would seem as though the "for teams" license is in fact the common thread here, which is too bad.

I had the same problem. We have the CC for Teams license and the new Lightroom showed up as trial version.

The following steps worked for me and now I have the full version.

1. While logged in install Lightroom CC as trial version

2. After installation was successful log out from your CC App.

3. Directly log in again

4. Lightroom CC now shows up as full version and can be used without problems

I hope this will help some people.
