Lightroom CC will not add photos

New Here ,

After using Lightroom with no issues, I am suddenly getting a message that Lightroom can't add the photos(See screenshot 1). The others I have attempted to add are hung up and for days it say "synching" (See screenshot 2)

Any ideas? I am updated and this has never been an issue.
