Hello
When I want to import videos into lightroom Classic version 10 on Windows 10 platform, whatever the video format I have an error message which indicates that "an unknown error occurred while playing the video file. Failed to connect to Dynamic Link server" since the passage to the last version. I followed all the solutions from these messages:
without success. It is therefore impossible for me to continue cataloging my videos.
If someone has already solved this problem I am interested in the solution otherwise thank you to the Adobe teams to solve this problem ...
