lightroom cloud storage is "full" even though there are only 2 images....

this has been causing major issues and I have tried so many things. Please help. Nothing will backup and it seems to slow down everything else in lightroom. The app has been loading literally all day.

I'll need more details. What version of Lightroom and operating system are you using? Could you share a screenshot of the issue? What type of image is there? Is it JPEG or RAW? Where is your catalog stored, on an internal or external drive?
