Please explain:

What is your compter system? Mac, PC, iPhone, Android?

Exactly what are you doing when the crash happens?

Do you get a crash report?

If your images are already in Lightroom and in the cloud, you can access them through: Lightroom.Adobe.com

You can even add images directly there. They go into your cloud storage.

Hi, thanks for reaching out!

Please go to the Help menu in Lightroom, then System Info, and copy the text. You can share the info with us by either pasting it as a reply here or in a text file and sharing the file with us.

You can start by trying to reset the preferences of Lightroom using the steps mentioned below:

1. Quit Lightroom.

2. Windows: Press and hold the Shift + Alt keys.

3. While holding down the keys, launch Lightroom.

4. Select the option to confirm resetting the preferences.

Let us know how it goes!
Thanks,
Nikunj
