When accessing just the Cloud tab, I am regularly receiving a "An unknown error has occurred" message.

This occurs on both my 13" and 15" MacBook Airs - running the latest version of macOS Sonoma.  The 13" has 8GB of RAM and the 15" has 16GB.  Both 1TB SSD's.

Hey, @Flawless_Wizard15B9. We'll need more info to help you figure this out. What exact versions of Lightroom & macOS are you working on? Are these computers connected to the same internet network?

Here are a few things to try & find the root cause of this issue:

1 - Try accessing Lightroom Web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) on both devices.

2 - Try using a mobile hotspot for internet access & check if that helps.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks!

LATEST

Lightroom 7.1.2 and macOS Sonoma 14.2.1.

Both laptops are connected to the internet.  There aren't any issues with LightroomWeb.
