Hey there!

I'm probably being dumb, but I'm unable to view my images using the local folders pathways. Imagery in the folder is all jpgs. However when I import to cloud it lets me view?? I'd rather just stay local than add pull them all into my cloud...

Any ideas why this might be happening?

Thanks for any advice! 🙂

Hey, @default0g1kwgms66cm. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out.

Does this screen appear when you access any folder on your device, or only with specific folders?

Ensure Lightroom has the required permissions on macOS: https://adobe.ly/3J44CRT;

Let us know how it goes. Thanks!
