Lightroom is marking images as picked when I hover mouse over .

Hello

 

I was going throught some Images on Lightroom Web, I noticed that it is marking some photos as Picked whenever I hover the mouse over them ,  without pressing any button!

and I see a blue notfication on top that photo have been marked as picked .

 

Now it stopped doing this , not sure if it is a feature that I am not aware of , but surely I dont want Lightroom do this,

 

Any leads?

Hi there,

 

We're sorry about the difficulty in your workflow due to images getting selected unintentionally in Lightroom CC. We're here to help.

Which version of Lightroom are you using? Do you have any other input devices connected (tablet or stylus pen)? Did you try reinstalling the application or re-logging into the application? If not done yet, try the following steps.

Clean install:

  • Close Lightroom
  • Restart the computer
  • Use the Adobe Creative Cloud App to uninstall Lightroom CC.
  • Restart the computer
  • Install Lightroom CC via the Creative Cloud App without launching any other programs.
  • Restart the computer

After this is complete, note
A Preference File will survive a Lightroom uninstall/reinstall. 
Reset Procedure:

  • Close Lightroom.
  • Hold down [Alt/Opt]+[Shift] while restarting Lightroom.
  • Overwrite the Preferences when prompted by the dialog.
  • Close Lightroom.
  • Restart Lightroom.

When Lightroom opens, files should be logged in to your Adobe ID (inherited from the Creative Cloud app). Once you launch and have the correct Adobe ID, any valid information stored on your drive will be restored, and information will begin to sync down from the cloud. Please back up your data before resetting the preferences to defaults.

Thank you for your reply, 

 

I am having this issue while using Lightroom Web from the browser, not the downloaded app, 

I believe non of the above applys to my case.
