Please go to Help>System Info… and provide us the exact installed version number of your software.

We’ve reviewed the email address you use with this forum and find no crash reports in our system.

Did you see a crash dialog?

Do you use a different email address when filling out the crash report?

Was the crash dialog Adobe’s? Microsoft’s?

The software hangs for a few minutes and then crashes without any information when I go to the healing tab on the right panel.

I didn't get any bug report option and tried to find for some time.

I have no idea how to find what the problem is and it's a product I pay for every month so I'm debating whether to remove it because I don't get any support and don't know how to contact them.

Without Crash Reports, you will need to diagnose your crash through the MS environment.

A good place to start is your video card drivers. Go to the manufacturer's site and download and install their latest studio driver.

My GPU is 7900XTX also working with the latest drivers that released today.

I did a clean reinstall of the drivers with DDU. I reinstalled Lighroom more than once.

No change at all.

My lightroom is broken for a couple of months now. I cant work like this at all.

I would really appericiate the help.

Thank you

I'm also having this issue, along with high CPU usage. I disabled the GPU automatic usage in lightroom setting and that helped with crashing with brush and healing spot. But CPU usage continues to be terribly high when in the masking menu, and constantly freezing. I have needed to close LR through task manager and restart several times now. Also when masking objects, the small menu that displays the photo's masks does not show up. This is the buggiest update I've experienced.

Lightroom still crashes as soon as I pick a brush.

I am having the exact same problem.  As soon as I click on the healing brush tool Lightroom freezes, and eventually I get the typical Windows "application not responding" mesage.

I logged this issue with Adobe and I've had several calls with them. They've remoted onto my computer - deleted, cleaned, reinstalled, run as another user. But still no fix. I have to keep reinstalling v7.0 as anything later crashes.

I did however, get an email from Adobe as the issue was escalated. They said that the issue would be fixed in the next update! Sit tight and wait for that I guess.
