Hi, my iPhone with Lightroom mobile vs. 8.5.1 on it got stolen, I have a free account and 98,55 GB library and presets.
When restoring an icloud backup to a new iPhone, Lightroom first downloads completetely (the 98,55 GB are there), but the monent I open the app for the first time Lightroom starts automatically logging out.
When I log in the complete library and presets are all gone.
I switched off auto-update so the issue doesn't seem to be related to an update to a newer version.
Is there any way I can access the library (which is clearly still there if you see the storage used by the app).
Would hate to lose years of photo edits and presets.
Thanks for your help.

Unfortunately, free accounts do not sync to the cloud, so there is no way to restore items from the cloud.
If you go to https://lightroom.adobe.com and log in with your Adobe ID, you can see what is available in the cloud to sync back to your phone.
Your ability to recover would likely depend upon having a backup via iTunes, iCloud, or similar.

Hi Rikk, thanks for the quick reply. My free account indeed does not sync to the cloud, but I do have an icloud backup of the app which should contain all data (the documents folder of lightoom is 98,55 GB after restoring the phone from an icloud backup).
The problem seems to be the automatic logout. After I sign in (with the same account) the library is completerly gone, which is frustrating cause it should still be there when you consider the GB's stored the app..
