Lightroom Premium "Ready" but features all locked?

I have the full adobe creative cloud suite under my education provider, however for some reason alot of the "premium" features of lightroom are locked for me. It prompts me to get premium, but when i click it, I am told I already have it. Screenshots attached, any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

 

We're sorry that you are not able to access the premium feaures in Lightroom through your subscription. Some educational plans do not include the Lightroom services. For more info, please check: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/lightroom-mobile-available-education-memberships.html

 

Please contact your account admin to check if Lightroom services are included in the plan that has been purchased for you.
