Hello,
I'm having an issue where my Lightroom on Mac OSX and iOS is telling me that my subscription has expired. However, this is despite the fact I've just renwed the subscription via the prompt on the Apple App store.
I've attempted to reinstall the apps on both devices (iOS and Mac OSX) to no avail. It seems somewhere that there is a broken link between Apple and Adobe as Adobe has no record of the subscription, yet Apple has charged me and are showing an active subscription on my account.
How do I resolve this? Apple wont assist and Adobe wont assist with third party purchases.

This now seems to be working. Tbere must be a handhake taking place between Apple and Adobe. For whatever reason this was delayed.
