Yes of course.....both the Lightroom 1TB subscription plan and the Photography Plan (includes Lr Classic and Photoshop) allow the full function version of Lightroom Mobile to be used on any number of your mobile devices. I currently have LrMobile installed on 2 x iPads, 1 x iPhone and 1 x Android phone, all included in my Photography Plan.
