Can someone direct me to a beginner user manual for LR? Can be Adobe or third party...I just want a back to basics review of terms, when I would use and why, etc. I want a step by step, basic review. I upload, have albums..organization not an issue....Editing! Where the heck is a red eye removal tool???? Maddening,

Thanks, yes. I'm frustrated that there is no tool to remove red eye so I'm looking for a fix since there's no specific tool. Advice?
