Lightroom won't install

ive been trying to update lightroom since the latest update was released and i keep getting error 116, this error says that an antivirus is stopping it from updating however i have no antivirus installed and have diabled the firewall and firevault. 

I uninstsalled the old version thinking maybe that was it and now im losing my mind!!

Have you tried signing out and then back in? Also hav eyou rebooted the computer since turning off the firewall and firevault?
