LR CC on iPad Store Locally stuck pending

I have an issue that I haven't been able to search out a similar situation.  There seems to be a lot of CC sync issues but mine seems to be specific to me.  CC syncs between my iMac and my iPad without any issue until I chose an album to store locally.  When I store locally I get the grey carot over the album icon and the cloud sync icon start it's animation but they just stay pending.  If I open the album and then open each image individually by swiping through them I can force it to download them.  This is find except for when I have an album of hundreds of images.

This is on an 2017 iPad 10.5" Pro running iOS 12.1.1 and the current version of LRCC as of this date which is v. 4.10. 1F41A3.  I have hundreds of GB free so it's not a space issue.

Okay I found the solution.  After several restores I found the difference between my iPhone setup and my iPad setup.  On the iPad I had the switch set to download full resolution images.  With that on it would stall the download.  After some research I discovered that this is because Lightroom Classic does not upload full resolution just the previews.  I would have to switch to Lightroom CC to get the full resolution images uploaded.  I guess for now I'll edit with the previews on the iPad.  I h

You could try deleting the app and reinstalling, I've read this helps others with similar problems.

Obviously, ensure any syncing to the Cloud is complete before doing this.

Sorry I should have listed what I’ve done.  I’ve uninstalled, restarted the iPad, and reinstalled the app. No change.  I’ve gone through my images for any weird ones that were not syncing correctly and removed them even though everything else syncs correctly.  I’ve deleted the cloud database multiple times including between app reinstalls.  Nothing has changed this issue.  To add to this my iPhone doesnt have this issue at all so I don’t believe the issue is with the cloud database but with the iPad app which is different from the iPhone app.

Have you tried clearing the local storage cache on the iPad? Go to settings, Local Storage, Clear cache.

I don’t remember for sure.  I’m pretty sure I did. However I’m sure the local storage gets cleared when you delete then restart the device before reinstalling.   In any case I just performed a complete restore and chose to setup as a new device instead of restoring from a backup.  I’ll let you know if that fixes it.
