LR failed to initialize 443 Timed Out

 having issues with logging onto Lightroom for my desktop.  I have redownloaded on 2 computers to no avail.  When it open on one it says, "Lightroom could not connect to the server" When I open on the other it says, "Lightroom failed to initialize due to an internal error, login server error "connection_error': Error with registration PUT: Failed to connect to photos.adove.io port 443: timed out.

 

No problem with My Phone and iPad, works well only problem with PC side.

 

Any Fix? thanks.

Hey, @burakk87117891. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I've reviewed the account you've used to log in to the community, and I found an active subscription.

 

Is this a personal machine, or does an IT team manage the device? If yes, ensure all the Adobe Network endpoints are whitelisted.

You can use mobile hotspot and try Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/3WkhVFm) in a web browser to rule out if it is a network issue.

Hey Samer. 

Yes personal machine / my pc. 

Few hours ago problem fixed. 

My Int service provider said restart your modem or router we fix something all over the area so you can see what is going on and i restart everything with modem. So now its ok.
