LR says Preview Unavailable

Hello all,

I recently purchased an Olympus TG-6 and need to convert my RAW files to DNGs. I downloaded Adobe DNG converter and converted the files BUT my Lightroom 6 (v 6.14 and Camera Raw v 10.1) still can't see them.  Is my LR outdated?   Am I able to upgrade?

Have you tried going to the DNG converter preferences and changing the compatibility option to an earlier version?
