Moving Sliders Incrementally

I'm relatively new to LR.  When I click the "0" on the right of the various sliders and then clup arrow Up or arrow down, it moves by increments of 10, not 1.  Did I change a setting? How do I fix?

Thank you for your time and attention.

There is nothing to fix. This is as designed. It depends on the slider, however. Temperature is in steps of 50, for example.

Thank you, John. If that’s how it’s designed, it’s odd because Adobe’s own
video shows moving the slider in increments of just 1.

Best,
Kevin

Is that a Lightroom video or a Lightroom Classic video? Your screenshot shows Lightroom. In Lightroom Classic you can hold down a modifier key to change the amount, but I don't think that works in Lightroom (non-Classic) as well.
