I have recently decided to switch to the cloud-based Lightroom. I started with Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Classic 9.4 Release and downloaded Adobe Photoshop Lightroom version 3.4. I wanted to be able to access my original photos from the cloud and edit, etc. from my devices.
The entire process has become a cluster.
So, I notice when using ver 3.4, when I attempt to export a photo to my desktop, I'm told the original can't be located.
I figured I needed to migrate files from the lightroom classic -2lrcat to the cloud and i discover that I have 287 missing originals and 7 metadata conflicts.
I have done some research on this and the possible solutions seem to merit calling an IT person.
I am thinking it might be best to delete everything from both Lightroom Classic and Lightroom and start from scratch?
I guess I thought it would all have been a bit easier, and maybe it should have been.
Thanks in advance.
Have something to add?
