There isn't a section for My Portfolio, so my apologies of this is not the correct place.
When i put in my Portfolio address it goes to a 404 page 'Something went wrong - Page not found'. Can anyone point me in the direction of where i can start to get this looked into?
I have used it for months and have loads pf photos on it - all beautifully laid out.

I am gutted.
Thank you

I have to turn in my portfolio as a school project for the end of the semester tomorrow and mine disappeared as well! I've contacted Adobe help to hopefully sort this out. This doesn't produce much faith in the service.

I was editing my portfolio and it was almost finished. Five pages with a lot of content and copy, a week of dedicated work in it. Out of the blue I received a screen with the message 'till next time, you are unsubscribed'. ???? Since one and a half day I' m explaining what happend to the helpdesk. There must be a back-up somewhere to get it back, atleast give me some clarity?... I still hope I can come to you with good news 🙂

You mean you didn't publish anything online for a whole week???? What were you thinking!!!? There is no backup until you publish.

Thank you, that makes me feel better... That is why you are a web design professional and that is why I choose to use a template. If we would have all our knowledge from birth, life would look different.
I wonder why the helpdesk is not coming with that answer, than atleast I know I have to start allover again....

No matter which online web service you use (Behance, Spark, Portfolio), you must publish something online to save it. Publish every time you edit to save your changes.
Review the getting started tutorials again. Don't over-think it.
https://help.myportfolio.com/hc/en-us/articles/360035497414-Getting-Started-Steps
1. Choose a template.
2. Create a project page (+ button).
3. Upload some images, add some text, choose a cover image for your project.
4. Hit the blue Publish button.
5. Repeat.
If desired, you can always go back later to customize colors, text, etc...
Good luck!

Thank you Nancy,
I will start over again... But just a note to prevent this from happening to anyone else as stupid as me... In the get started tutorial is nothing mentioned about publishing in between to safe the work. I think it would be helpfull to add this to the tutorial, thanks!

Hi Nancy,
The same thing happened to me just a couple of days ago.
My entire portfolio has just suddenly vanished.
I'm a paid Adobe CC subscriber since 2014, the portfolio was published live with a password-protected cover in early March.
When I went to update it this week, it took me to a page that said "Something went wrong, page not found"....
Could this be an Adobe sever issue that they are keeping quiet?
Should all my work not be saved online somewhere?
It's so frustrating and doesn't give me any confidence to rebuild it on Adobe Portfolio again.
Any other suggestions to retrieve it back?
Thanks
_A

Your problem is NOT the same. In any case, assuming your Creative Cloud plan is still active and payment details are current, submit a help request directly to the Portfolio Team. If your site was published online and you didn't delete it, Adobe Portfolio should be able to recover it for you.

Good luck. I'm locking this discussion now. If you have more questions about Portfolio, please start a new topic.
