no puedo realizar el pago de lr

estoy tratando de realizar el pago de lr, y no me acepta la tarjeta, he probado con 3 tarjetas diferente de distintos bancos en distinto ordenadores , con distintas cuentas y en todo me sale el mismo problema alguien me puede ayudar con esto.
