Photo's are Imported incorrectly

when i try to edit my raw format photo's shot on my samsung galaxy s23 ultra it get blown out (the exposure is so high the phot gets uneditable) my lightroom has ot done this since the start and i worked perfect for 3 years and out of the sudden i have this problem. when i open JPEG or try to edit a photo shot with my 50mp camera that is the only way i can edit a raw photo that is not blown out all the other photo's shot on 12mp or on a other lens i have this problem with.

I'll need more details to help you. What version of Lightroom are you using? Could you post a screenshot or video recording of the issue? 

Can you check if you set Lightroom default set to increase exposure?

Latest version, it only happens when I turn on lossless RAW, for some reason it suddenly stopped working
