Photos look terrible after getting 4k monitor

So I'm unsure if this is due to computer settings, my camera quality, or lightroom settings.

For context, here is what my equipment is:
Camera - Canon EOS2000D

Lenses - Canon EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6 III & Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 III

Original Monitors - Qnix 2710

New Monitor (replaced one that burnt out) - Acer Nitro XV282K V3bmiiprx

GPU - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080Ti

I haven't done any editing since acquiring this new monitor because I moved across the country. But looking at old and new photos on both monitors shows a dramatic difference in Pixelization/Graininess.

Settings for the following photos:

 On the 2k Screen:

These images don't even do justice to how bad the pixelization is on 4 K compared to 2 K.

Has anyone else experienced this when switching from editing on a 2k to 4k? Is it just because I have a low-end camera/lenses? Am I missing the settings in my imports or Lightroom itself? I tried Classic, and it has the same issue between the monitors. Even going back to some of my favorite photos I've edited, they look horrible now on the 4k monitor. It's honestly super discouraging as while my photos look good online/social media (for example, https://www.viewbug.com/member/DaLairBear), they look terrible in Lightroom, and I want to start having some printed for home/office to show off my work. Based on what I see in Lightroom, I'm scared that the prints will come out terrible.

I don't see a difference in the posted photos, so almost certainly this is a monitor profile issue. Your new monitor should be calibrated and profiled, and that profile should be used in Windows. As a Mac user I leave the specifics to somebody who knows more about Windows than I do.
