Have you tried Restore Purchase?

 

If not, go to the app's settings via the three dot menu, then select your account and select restore purchase. Maybe sign out of the app afterwards and sign in again to see if that helps.

Your subscription is for Adobe Premiere Rush. It looks like you purchased the wrong product. If that is true, go to the Apple Appstore to cancel your Rush subscription then ask for a refund.

At the bottom of that screen under "Related topics" is a link with instructions for requesting a refund.
