I'm having a lot of crashing with Lightroom desktop (I'm on MacOS Sequoia beta 2 known issue I think), so I thought I'd so some editing using Lightroom Web. I can't get my presets to load. I can see the Recommended, but the Premium and Yours sections never load. I've seen this for a long time trying Lightroom Web on my ipad, I thought that was just an issue/limitation with iOS. Is this also a problem with Sequoia, or is something else going on? I've tried in Safari and Chrome.

Does it also happen in Lightroom Mobile on the iPad and on whatever Phone you have? (assuming you have Lightroom Mobile installed on that?)
If so, could it be account related?
Is it happening on all files types and different cameras?

Did you ever solve this? I've been going through this since more than year! It all started when I imported some custom profiles on my lightroom mobile app on the phone. After that, the lightroom web never worked. Contacted adobe support multiples times but no help at all. I've switched browsers, used different computers but I can't load the presets or profiles on lightroom web. And lightroom doesn't give you the facitily to delete profiles so I can't even try that. Please let me know if you were ever able to solve this.

A quick check: do you have the Hide Partially Compatible Presets option checked on LrWeb?

No difference if the hide option is checked or unchecked. The Adobe premium tab of presets also doesn't load, only the Recommended tab loads

I have exactly the same issue. It works on phone and ipad and doesnt work on the web. Clicking on presets premium or yours just shows a spinning circle for ever. I have tried throughout today and tried it in Chrome and Edge and it doesnt work in either of them
