I can't sync my photos from Lightroom Classic installed on Win 10 PC to newly installed Lightroom Mobile. Whenever I upload photos to synced album in LrC it gets cleared on both devices, only an empty folder remains in both apps. Please show me how to solve this issue.

Hi @Radek Wierzbicki, welcome to the community!
When you get a chance, could you try logging in to Lightroom Web and check if there are any sync issues? This guide might come in handy: https://adobe.ly/3VBO0aa
Let me know what you find or if you run into anything else!

Hi @Aleke thank you for your prompt response. I tried looking for sync errors but there are none on my account. Only the folder was uploaded from LrC to Mobile, not even a single photo passes through.

@Aleke I also signed out of both apps and can confirm that Mobile syncs to PC but not the other way around. Is there some setting or action in Lightroom Classic that I perform to reestablish the syncronization?

Thanks for the updates. Are you certain which images, or collections/albums, are impacted?
Please remove these specific images/collections from sync and wait for Lightroom to process this change. Then, add a few edits or flags to these images to a new Sync collection, or collections. (Give a simple name to these new test collections).
If nothing changes after some time, check Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/4eF2E7u) and look for the Deleted Section and the Sync issues tab (if they exist). Emptying both of these has helped in the past. Before emptying these tabs, please ensure you have backups for the images.
After this change, let Lightroom sync and check if it returns to normal.
Thanks!

Hi @Sameer K thanks for your suggestions. I already tried that on top of signing out and signing in back. I have created a new album yesterday from which only one photo has synced from PC after signing out and in. Now I deliberately turned on sync on a small album that was previously offline, will do some corrections there and wait what happens. So far no dice. It isn't crucial but would be nice to unclog sooner than later.

Let us know how things go with your test in the small album.
When you get a chance, could you open Lightroom Classic and go to Edit > Preferences > Lightroom Sync? Check if there's any sync activity showing up. If nothing appears or you see any errors, try holding down the Alt key, a button labeled Rebuild Sync Data should pop up. Go ahead and click that.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Alek

Thanks again @Sameer K although I haven't seen an errors I've rebuilt sync data which didn't solve the problem and even cleared the small test folder out of its contents. After all of this the situation is as follows:
- Photos sync from mobile to PC not the other way around.
- Any sync albums created on Classic will get cleared out.
- I don't have any leftovers, duplicates, no junk data that I can find.
Basically the Cloud service is with exception of syncing mobile photos to PC unusable.

If that's of any use @Aleke on almost all of my thumbnails in the Grid there is a sync symbol although the pictures are not synced not chosen to be so.

Have you had a chance to try resetting the Lightroom Classic preferences? If not, it might be worth a shot.

Let me know if it makes a difference!

@Aleke Thanks for suggesting that, but for now I will try using it in its current state. I don't need additional hassle right now and one way uploading from mobile to pc will be enough. Hope it will clear out eventually.
