Problem when launching Lightroom on macOS. Error code 403

When starting Ligtroom it fails to log in.

It says that its unable to connect lightroom services. This problem can be temporall. Please check the connection or try later. 

Error 403

 

Ive tried to google the issue but nothing helped. Both creative cloud and lightroom are updated to latest versions. In the meanhile I don't have this issue when accessing the app via iphone.

 

Could you please support me in fixing the issue?

Hey @Maxim29524680nvog. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out.

Error 403 generally means 'Page Not Found' and is commonly related to internet connectivity. Are you using public wifi?

 

Try these suggestions:

  • Instead of Wifi, use the mobile's Internet via hotspot/tethering.
  • Temporarily disable any Antivirus, VPN, or programs that can change how your computer connects with the internet.

A similar problem. VPN does not help, replaced the provider, does not help either. The account is not displayed

Hi Sameer, I have the same error 403 while I try to log in through app on Mac. The browser's version has no any similar bug as well as mobile. It seems the issue persists long time. Please how it could be finally resolved?
