Problems to import images from external ssd with exfat

New Here ,

Hi! Did encounter problems to import more than approx 600 images from my new external ssd with exFAT.

Lightroom just hangs during import. I have tried my setup on several other computers with no sucees. If I change the filesystem to NTFS lightroom will be able to import. I am running windows 11 and tested in win 10 as well.

Is it a bug, or am I doing someting wrong?
