I recently bought a new phone. When I tried to access my account on the app, it only lets me sign in via a social media account. I need to use my email and password but it doesn't give me that option. Help!

Hey, Nico@999. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. I've reviewed your account & I couldn't find any active subscription for Lightroom Mobile.
Your Adobe ID is your email login credential. You can use the Adobe ID option to use your email and password to sign in to your account. Have you used any other email address to sign in to Lightroom on your mobile?
Images may have synced to the cloud if you had an active subscription. You can log in to Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/3vMwLcJ) and check any other emails you might have used for Lightroom.
If you were logged in to Lightroom mobile with an email account that did not have an active subscription, the images, edits, and the rest of the data were stored in your device's local storage and did not sync up to the cloud. To find the old data, you can try signing in again with the correct email address. This may help if you've not yet reinstalled Lightroom on the device.
