We’ve reviewed the email address you use with this forum and find no crash reports in our system.

Did you see a crash dialog?

Do you use a different email address when filling out the crash report?

Was the crash dialog Adobe’s? Microsoft’s?

There is not a crash dialog that comes up. The program just stops and shuts down on its own. It never prompts anything.

I do have another email ClickShotsLLC@gmail.com

There are no crash reports under that email either.

Based on your description of what is happening, I recommend you review Microsoft's logs for clues to the crash. It could be OS or hardware-level.

There is nothing in my logs indicating a crash. Currently I am trying to
edit some pictures and the program is showing "not responding" in my task
manager. I am not sure what the issue is at this point.
