I use LRClassic and sync my library to CC so I can edit on the fly. Works well since it doesn't use any of the 20GB limit. When I shoot with my phone or import from my SLR directly to my iPAD, it uses a portion of the 20GB.
I want an easy way to see what originals have been directly imported to Lightroom (cloud) so that when the time comes as I get closer to the 20GB limit, I want to know what I can remove from the cloud service (since its already been downloaded locally to Classic and my local backups).
I understand from the Sync FAQ, there should be a collection called 'From Lightroom' for this purpose but its missing in my Classic collections. Any advice how I can get this back so I can easily see what is taking up space of my 20GB allowance?

'From Lightroom' is not a collection, but a collection set. If you removed it, it won't be recreated. You should be able to filter on iPhone photos just like you can filter on any camera. So select 'All Synced Photographs' and then filter on your phone. https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/how-to/sync-photos-lightroom-mobile.html
