"Restore Purchase" it says Error code 302

Hello! 

I've just wiped my computer to make place and now when I try to reinstall and access my Lightroom again by pressing the "Restore Purchase" it says Error code 302 and that it can't find that I have any payment plan. 

someone who knows what to do? 
I'm paying every month and it has worked up until I decided to reinstall my whole computer 🫣

The process should be just the same as if you were installing Lightroom on a new computer:

 

1. Download and install the Creative Cloud app.

2. Open the Creative Cloud app and sign in using your Adobe ID.

3. Then use the Creative Cloud app to download and install Lightroom.

4. Then open Lightroom and wait for it to set up and populate the local library.
