Redemption Code Error (Android)

Já é a segunda vez que passo por isso. Mudei o cartão da compra do lightroom mobile, a cobrança foi feita porém o aplicativo NÃO LIBERA O ACESSO PREMIUM, quando tento fazer a compra novamente mesmo depois de já cobrada, aparece a mensagem em que a compra já foi feita e ocorreu um erro. Eu utilizo para trabalho e infelizmente não é a primeira vez que isso acontece. Não tem suporte e nem atendente que resolva. Preciso do acesso premium e JÁ ESTÁ PAGO. Estou pagando por um serviços inoperante.

Hey, @whos29884169slh8. I'll need more info about this to help you figure this out. What version of Android & Lightroom mobile are you working on?

I've checked the account you're signed in to the community with. Back up your images & edits first & then try to sign out & sign in again through a different email & try subscribing again.

Please ensure your Lightroom is updated to the current version, as a fix to a similar issue was released recently. Let us know how it goes.
