bonjour 

j'utilise depuis longtemps Lightrrom via mon phone.

De fait aujourd'hui toutes mes photos sont sur le cloud Lightrrom et non sur le disque dur de mon pc.

Comment faire pour réaliser une copie de sauvegarde sur un DD externe ?

If you have a small number of images, you can select all of them in Lightroom by going to All Photos and then exporting them to the desired location. If the library is really large though, I would recommend using the Lightroom Downloader tool to download all the images.
