From the first time I purchased lightroom the select subject and sky never worked it just crashed and reopened the app. Then for the last few months it has been working fine and it's honestly the best feature for what I use lightroom for. Now as of this morning I'm getting and error saying it can't detect the subject. On photos it has worked for before and every photo. I have cleared the cache, uninstall reinstall and still nothing. Not happy at all. Hope this gets rectified asap or a fix is provided.

Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out.
Which version of Lightroom Mobile and Android are you using? What is your device specification? Is it happening with just one image or all images?
Please verify your device meets the necessary system specifications: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/system-requirements.html.
Certain features like Select Subject and Select Sky in Masking are supported only on Android devices with more than 6 GB RAM. Technology Previews (features that may not be completely production-ready yet but available to try out) are allowed on devices having between 4 GB and 6 GB RAM. Still, you could experience an occasional crash under memory pressure. On devices with less than 4 GB RAM, these features are unavailable.
Let us know if it helps.
Thanks
Ranjisha

My device specifications support high specifications because I own a Samsung Tab S7 Plus, but you have an error in the Middle East server. When activating the VPN, the mask works well. When turning off the VPN, the mask features do not work.
